Standard shipping is 3–5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Express is 2 business days if you order before 1 PM Central. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories add 2–4 days. Orders placed before 2 PM CT on a business day ship the same day.
Not right now. We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2027.
The moment your label is created you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we will look it up for you.
14 days from delivery for any reason, extended to 90 days for Trendy Plus members. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.
Yes. All traffic is encrypted with 256-bit TLS and card data is tokenized by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
If your order has not shipped, yes — email or call us within one hour and we will do our best. Once a tracking number is generated the order is with the carrier and you will need to use our standard return process.
